David James will be running a full coaching programme during the school holidays this year. All coaching will take place at St Columba’s Tennis Club which is situated behind the houses in Carbery Avenue and is accessed by a path between the houses 30/32 Carbery Avenue, W3. If you are interested in attending please contact David or pick up a form from the St Columba’s clubhouse.
ST COLUMBA’S TENNIS CLUB COACHING PROGRAMME 2011
The following junior coaching lessons will be held at St Columba’s tennis club, situated between the houses numbered 30 – 32 in Carbery Avenue W3. All classes will run on a course basis.
The Saturday course will be a 14 week course and will begin on Saturday 10th September.
Saturday 45 minute lesson 14 week term will cost £74 for members and £77 for non-members.
Saturday 8.30 – 9.15am Mini tennis red/orange
9.15 – 10.00am Mini-tennis/tennis green
10.00 – 10.45am Intermediates/advanced
Please note if there is rain on more than one occasion an extra lesson will be put on at the end of the course.
Weekly camps
Weekly camps suitable for children aged 6 years and over will take place during the holidays starting Tuesday and ending Friday. Play will begin at 9.30am and finish at 2.30pm each day. A pack lunch will be required along with lots of drinks and spare set of clothes/sunhats etc depending on the weather. On the Friday of each week a tournament will take place and prizes will be awarded to the winners.
The cost for the week will be £74 for members and £78 for non-members. Where numbers allow it may be possible to attend on a daily basis. Cost £20 a day for members and £22 for non-members.
Unders 6s: It may be possible for under 6s to attend a short 30 minute session at the end of camp. Please call if interested.
